At Sorose, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for all our customers.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details:

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or other applicable methods.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if:

  • The order has already been shipped
  • The product is customized, personalized, or made-to-order
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts have occurred due to incorrect customer information

Sorose Rights

Sorose reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
  • Issues identified by our payment or security systems

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
